Factory moulded primary connectors
FAA L-823 Type I Class A
Prefabricated, moulded primary connectors ready for use. Possibility to have plug receptacle or extension cord which have plug in the other end of the cable and receptacle in the other end of the cable.
Connectors are moulded on the one core AWG 8 (8,3mm2) cable. Diameter of the cable is approximately 10mm. Insulation material is thermoplastic rubber with excellent electrical and mechanical characteristics and good fluid resistance. Connector insulation makes perfectly watertight joint with the thermoplastic rubber insulated cable. Connector ratings are 25A/6000V.		 180x75_primaryleads.jpg

KDC500-Prefabricated Primary Leads

Prefabricated primary leads with FAA 150/5345-26D interfaces.

Ready made connections and passed electrical production test reports are time saving options that provides easy and quick installation performance once installation time is limited.

Each and every lead tested visually and interface dimensions checked using gauge instruments. Leads are then subjected to a dielectric and continuity test during the validation of a production run.
Test voltage for KDC500 is 15 kV dc.
