Pins and Sockets
The material of the contact parts is of tin-plated copper or brass. On request available also nickel plated contact parts.
Housing
The plug and receptacle insulation is made of TPE(thermoplastic elastomer) with excellent environmental resistance and good fluid resistance, capable to withstand attack from chemicals typically present on the airfield. The insulation also withstands exposure to UV-radiation and ozone.

Each kit contains:
• 1 plug or receptacle housing
• 1 body of metal connectors
• 2 pin or socket connectors
• silicon grease
• detent part for locking the metal
• cleaning cloth
• installation instruction

FAA Style 8,Tennis Ball
A receptacle in accordance with FAA L-823, Style 8 is attained by using KD 502-series receptacle with PMR 755 sealing unit.
Sealing unit PMR 755 can also be used with Ensto plug.
